Rum River Umpire Association has been training and assigning baseball umpires in the northwest metro area since 2001 (Currently, Andover Anoka/Ramsey, Champlin, St. Francis, and Coon Rapids). We train umpires from ages 13 to adult. We assign umpires for in-house, traveling, and high school programs. Our training covers a spectrum of rules, mechanics, proper attire, game responsibilities, etc. RRUA follows a philosophy of ongoing training and 100% support at all playing levels.
